I logged on to your system Thursday night to receive membership 
information and was greeted with the message on the following page.

Obviously I must have chosen a user name that was already taken.

I do not feel this kind of treatment is warranted and I think that the 
offender should be given a warning or removed from your system.

After this incident I don't believe that I will be sending you any 
membership fees as I don't care to be treated in this manner.

I think that you should monitor your system more closely to avoid 
having things like this happen. Also, a new member should be prompted 
for membership information before being joined with the group, and not 
be labeled as an anon. (which must be equivalent to a worthless op
on your system)

Thanks but No Thanks; if you need more paying members to keep going, 
you should first rid yourself of the obnoxious users......
